Yoga is a great way to bring balance and health to our lives. Our Yoga Shala is centred in the heart of Ubud, in the middle of a beautiful garden full of flowers, birds and butterflies, creating a perfect environment to connect with yourself. For the best results we encourage people to practice Yoga every day. We have a wide range of experienced teachers and different yoga styles offering all types of class and all levels of ability available every day.

Hatha Vinyasa

Class

This practice has become very popular in recent years. Vinyasa Yoga is a method that focuses on the flow of energies, meaning that the postures are performed in a progressive way where each pose leads to the next one in a special, fluid sequence.

Morning Flow

Class

The system of Hatha Yoga is focused on the perfect alignment of the postures and the practice of controlled, deep breathing. The postures are each held for a certain period of time in order to bring balance, develop strength and flexibility in the entire body.

Gentle Yoga

Class

Gentle Flow Yoga is especially great for beginners or those searching for and exploring the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic Yoga poses whilst using your breathing as a tool to remain present and mindful.

Yin Yoga

Class

The purpose of this practice is to activate your connective tissues, referred to as ‘fascia’ and the meridians of the body. It significantly improves flexibility and stimulates the energy and functions of the inner organs. The Yin Yoga approach is completely different from other types of Yoga as the practice is performed in a meditative way, whilst breathing deeply in a relaxed way.
